NBC / NYCTV Candidate Shoot. Yesterday, I got to go to 30 Rock and film my 2 minute Video Voter Guide clip. It was pretty exciting but oddly enough the intern turned to me on the way out and said she really liked what I said. It resonated. And it's because I both challenged the corrupt democratic machine, three of them candidates in my own race in the 33rd, while at the same time, I spoke with hope of my plan for 'Healthcare for All' inviting all city officials, including the Mayor, to show leadership and join me in my fight. She said she'd vote for me if she lived in Brooklyn.
